Before use, read all instructions carefully:

! Use only as directed.

! Keep away from children and pets during activation.

! Do not open or puncture the heating element.

! Avoid contact with eyes and skin if the heating agent leaks.

! Always use in a well-ventilated area.

What's Inside the Box:

A. Self-heating pot with lid

B. Heating pack

C. Inner food tray

D. Pancake wrap/ bun

How to use:

1. Remove the contents from the outer packaging.

2. Place heating pack at the bottom of the pot’s outer container.

3. Pour water directly onto the heating pack, up till the specified water injection scale mark in the box.

4. Immediately place the food tray with contents above the heating pack. Ensure it does not touch the water.

5. Close the lid tightly. Steam will start to build up in a few seconds.

6. Allow the pot to heat for about 10–15 minutes. Steam will vent through a small hole at the top of the pot — this is normal.

After Heating:

1. Carefully open the lid (USE CAUTION—hot steam may escape).

2. Enjoy the pancake wrap / bun.

3. Discard the used heating pack once cooled.
