Can I make changes to my order?
We understand that plans can change. Just drop us an email or Instagram DM with your order number, and we'll see how we can work around it. All changes must be made at least 1 business day in advance.
How do I use a promo code?
Add all your items to cart, then enter promo code at checkout.
*Promo codes are not stackable.
I wish to cancel my order and get a refund.
Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been made.
However, we understand that things come up, and we'll do our best to help. Write in to us with your order number and a bit more detail about your situation, we’ll see what arrangements we can make.
Can I place an order for tomorrow?
We require a pre-order of at least 3 business days, as all our menu items are made to order and prepared meticulously to ensure quality.
However, do keep an eye on our socials for any last-minute set availability!
How do I know whether my order is confirmed?
You will receive an order confirmation email.
Can I order a set as a gift?
Most certainly! Just leave your recipient’s contact details and address at checkout. Alternatively, you can also consider purchasing our gift vouchers as a convenient e-gift option.
